seaberry shell

well, i found the pattern for it. it was in one of my interweave books. i also found some black romney that my wonderful friend demelza gave me. i've combed out a bunch of it and will spin up a test of it.

i'm really loving the periwinkle blue color below. i did get some roving from the falkland islands from my lovely friend sarah anderson. she had some of it spun up and it's as light as a feather. i bought like a pound of it or something. ha ha

seaberry heaven

this is the seaberry shell. this is something i want to spin something up for. i'm not sure which kind of fiber i may choose, something with nice drape and loft. to get the loft i'll probably spin woolen, but we'll see.

i also have to find the pattern, i wish they made it easier to find old patterns. look look look : )
